RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Need to return an item or all of your order? No problem, we have a 60-day Risk-Free/Hassle-Free Return Policy. We want every visitor to have a good shopping experience so we make it super easy to return stuff.

TO RETURN TO FLESHGEAR:

Please follow these steps to help us process your return:

• To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account
  
• Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
• In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. Click on Submit Return Request.
• Once your return request has been processed you will receive further instructions on how to send your return item(s) to Fleshgear.

Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your return and to receive your refund. If you wish to exchange product, please return the undesired item for a full refund and make a new purchase online.
